Sales Ready is operated by Introvert Influencers LLC. This notice describes how Sales Ready collects and uses information in connection with SalesReadyCourse.com, its newsletter, digital products, courses, and coaching services.

Information you provide

Depending on the service you choose, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, purchase and booking details, questions, and information about your business and sales process. Sales-call review services may also involve recordings, transcripts, intake responses, and supporting materials you submit.

Only submit recordings and information you are authorized to share. Avoid including unnecessary private information about clients or other people.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, process purchases and bookings, deliver resources, provide course access, deliver coaching and sales-call reviews, and communicate about those services. When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email is used to send the newsletter and related Sales Ready updates and offers.

We do not sell or rent customer contact information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing. This does not prevent the processing needed to deliver our services through the providers described below.

Services involved in delivery

Sales Ready uses GoHighLevel for website, contact, checkout, and delivery functions. Payment providers process payments made through those checkout services. Skool hosts course and coaching community access and processes memberships purchased directly on Skool. Zapier connects the course-purchase workflow to Skool invitations.

Information needed for these functions is processed by the relevant providers. Your use of their platforms is also governed by their privacy notices and terms. Information you post in a community can be visible to other members according to that community's settings.

Call recordings, transcripts, and AI analysis

We use Zoom for calls and recording-related services, and ChatGPT and Call IQ to help analyze recordings or transcripts for sales-call reviews and coaching. We use client recordings and transcripts only for sales analysis and coaching. Use in marketing, public content, or course examples requires separate permission.

Our retention schedule for client call recordings and transcripts is 30 days from the date of recording. We delete the copies under our control, including those uploaded to Zoom, ChatGPT, and Call IQ, according to that schedule. This describes our deletion actions, not a guarantee that every provider backup or retained system record is erased at the same moment.

AI tools and external links

Some resources link to AI tools or other external services. Information you enter into an external tool is subject to that provider's terms, privacy notice, and your account settings. Do not enter confidential client information into an AI tool unless you are authorized to do so and understand its data handling.

Website technology

Our website uses GoHighLevel to deliver its pages and forms. The gateway also loads a Cloudflare Insights script. Website providers may process technical information when delivering and measuring their services.

Text messages and advertising

Providing your phone number alone does not subscribe you to text messages. If you opt in, Sales Ready may send appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and replies to your inquiries. Promotional texts about trainings, programs, and services require separate marketing consent. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers solely as needed to deliver messaging and support services. We do not upload customer lists for advertising.

Email choices and privacy requests

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Purchase, access, and service communications may still be needed to fulfill your requests.
